To return to your Carrier's basic voicemail follow these steps:
1. Find your network provider from the list below.
2. Dial the number listed for your particular Carrier.
Dial as if you are dialing a phone number (make sure you dial the code exactly as displayed, including all the * and # symbols shown.)
3. Press the 'Call' or 'Send' button. Then watch the screen of your phone for confirmation.
Your voicemail will then be returned to your Carrier and you'll be able to access it by dialling in the same way you used to.
