HulloMail has all the features you are already used to from a voicemail service and so much more.
HulloMail - SmartVoicemail™ applications
When you get a new message you can listen however you prefer, by the app on your mobile, email as an mp3 or by calling in. With HulloMail you can decide how you listen and manage your voicemails. You can listen to them, forward them, download them, keep them forever or even reply using a Hullo, the cool two-way voice messaging feature.
HulloMail is activated during the registration process as a conditional call forward. From this point HulloMail will answer all incoming calls if you are not available (phone off/out of coverage), busy (engaged) or you simply don't answer.
What's a conditional call forward?
A conditional call forward needs to be activated for us to replace your current voicemail service. The conditional call forward informs your Carrier to divert your calls to HulloMail. Activation of this conditional call forward is done during sign up to HulloMail - follow the simple instructions when necessary.
Calls will be forwarded under these conditions:
- Busy, when you're on the phone
- Unavailable, your phone is switched off or there is no network coverage
- No answer
How is HulloMail free to use?
The HulloMail is free to download and install. We use your monthly minute allowance, when you're in the US, to cover the cost of the conditional call forward to us. Just to make sure they are included we reccommend you check with your Carrier. If you keep within your monthly allowance you shouldn't see any additional charges and the service is FREE*.
*If you exceed your allowance, charges will be added to your phone bill according to your plan. If you download and play a message via your mobile internet you may receive a data charge if you've exceeded your data allowance or don't have one.
