Returning to HulloMail is easy, follow these steps:
1. Find your Mobile Operator in the list below.
2. Dial the number listed for your particular Mobile Operator including your service activation code which can be found by logging in to your My HulloMail account and selecting the Service Info tab. Your service activation code will be listed at the top.
Dial as if you are dialing a phone number. Make sure you dial the code exactly as displayed, including all the * and # symbols.
3. Press the 'Call' or 'Send' button. You will receive an on-screen message that the process has been successful.
Your HulloMail service will be reinstated and you'll be able to access all your messages your way, as before.
